NEGOTIATING SUCCESS STRATEGIES for Women

How did you negotiate your last car purchase?

How about a salary increase?

According to the U.S. Census, in 2018 women earned 81.6 cents for every dollar men earned and it really has not changed since. Perhaps women are reluctant to negotiate for a pay raise. Negotiation is an art you can master with practice. Learn how focusing on interests is much more effective than engaging in hardball tactics to maintain business and personal relationships. Having a solid strategy is key to successful collaboration.

Build your confidence by asking questions, identifying needs, creating value and overcoming obstacles. Practical tips will be shared to ensure future negotiation success.
