About Steve:Steve teaches courses in organizational behavior and leadership at the undergraduate and master’s level, through the University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University. Steve’s books have been ranked on the Amazon best seller lists for leadership, self-improvement and project management.

In his career, Steve has managed a family business for over 25 years, which has included 12 corporations. He launched a nonprofit charter school organization in 1996 which offered K-6 classes under the authority of the Arizona Department of Education.
